What bracelet size should I order?
If the bracelet is a gift for yourself - Use a string or chord to measure tight around your wrist. Measure the string length with a tape measure and add an additional 1/2" to determine your bracelet wrist size.
If the bracelet is a gift for someone else - The most common size ordered is size 7". Size down to a 6.5" if the person has little wrists. If you think they might like their bracelets more on the loose-side, size up to a 7.5".
Chain Bracelet Sizing - Chain bracelets are 6.5" in length without an extender. Add an extender if your wrist size is 7" or 7.5".
What is gold filled jewelry?
Gold Filled Jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold mechanically bonded with extreme heat and pressure to a base of either sterling silver or a metal base.
At S+H our jewelry is 14k gold filled. The fused materials create a long-lasting durability for our jewelry pieces and prevent tarnish and chipping.
Gold filled jewelry can last a long time with the proper care.
Can I shower with my jewelry on?
Yes, S+H jewelry is waterproof and can be worn while showering. We do however recommend limiting your jewelry to the exposure of beauty products and harsh chemicals.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Although our pieces are designed to be worn daily and are waterproof, we recommend removing your jewelry while applying lotions/perfumes, heavy sweating, cleaning, and swimming to reduce the contact of oils, products, and chemicals.
To clean your jewelry: Gently clean with water and mild soap. Use a toothbrush to gently clean hard-to-reach areas. Polish dry with a soft towel or polishing cloth.
** Our beaded bracelets are prestretched and made to last. We do, however, recommend that you use care while taking bracelets on and off. Overstretching may cause damage to bracelets.
How often should I clean my jewelry?
We recommend cleaning your jewelry after it comes in contact with any heavy products or chemicals.
Weekly cleaning will help to make your jewelry last.
Use a polishing cloth to add extra shine to your pieces.
Does your jewelry contain nickel?
No, our jewelry pieces do not contain nickel.
What is your production time?
S+H orders are processed and shipped out usually within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Since our jewelry is handmade, on occasion it may take up to 7 business days to process and ship your order.

Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
We stand by our work, however, mistakes do happen. S+H will make repairs or resolve any issues at no cost to you within 60-days of your purchasing date.
Our 60-day warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects: Broken chain, Faulty clasp
Broken Elastic: Snapped stretchy elastic
Order Mix-up: Wrong size sent, Wrong metal color sent, Missing item

Can my jewelry be repaired after the warranty period has ended?
Yes, repairs/replacements are available for jewelry that has exceeded the 60-day warranty.

Can I cancel my order?
We start the jewelry making process right away, so we do not allow cancellation or changes to the order once it has been placed.
