Return & Exchange Policy
Sal + Haven offers returns or exchanges on products that are unworn and in the same packaging that you received it. Returns and exchanges are only available for 14 days from the date of delivery. To complete your return, we require your order number for proof of purchase.
Sale items and purchases made with gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
Please reach out to us at contact@salhaven.com with your order number in the subject line to start a return/exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning or exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Processing time for returns may take up to 2 weeks after your return has been received and inspected by us. Processing time may vary and increase during peak sale seasons.
If the refund payment is late or missing, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It might take a few days to post. Check with your bank next, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of these, please contact us at contact@salhaven.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only eligible for the same product in a different metal color or bracelet size. Exchanged product timeline may vary depending on your location. Processing time may vary and increase during peak sale seasons.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
